Finance infrastructure for consumer brands

I clean up QuickBooks Online, connect the messy sales and inventory data, and build dashboards that show margin, cash, and what needs fixing.

How it fits together

One pipeline, from where you sell to the number you trust

Every channel and tool you already run, pulled into one place, reconciled against the books, and surfaced on a dashboard.

What I usually find

The same four problems, in almost every set of books

COGS is wrong

Inventory is booked, but never reconciled to actual movement. Margin is a guess until it is.

Payouts do not tie

Shopify, Amazon, and payment processor deposits are posted inconsistently, so cash never matches the statements.

Channel margin is blurry

Retail, direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and wholesale are mixed together. You cannot tell which channel actually makes money.

The dashboard is disconnected

The report looks nice, but it does not tie to the books, so nobody trusts the numbers.

What I do

Three jobs, run by the same person who knows your numbers

Clean books that tie out

QuickBooks Online closed with COGS, inventory, sales tax, payouts, and distributor deductions cleaned up and reconciled.

Data infrastructure

Shopify, 3PL, bill pay, payroll, and sales data piped into one reconciled reporting layer you can actually query.

Dashboards that answer questions

Margin by channel, cash by week, inventory by warehouse, and close status, all in one place.

What the dashboard actually answers

Most accountants hand you a P&L and a shrug. I build you a branded, login-secured dashboard that pulls straight from your books and reconciles to QuickBooks Online to the cent.

  • Which channel is actually making money?
  • What changed since last month?
  • Which deductions, freight, or fees are dragging margin down?
  • Does every figure tie back to QuickBooks Online?
  • How much cash is left after inventory and upcoming bills?
Bigfoot Finance mark
Built by a CPA who actually works inside consumer brands.

Most finance problems in CPG are not just bookkeeping problems. They are inventory, channel margin, deduction, payout, and cash timing problems. Bigfoot connects the books, the data, and the dashboard so the numbers are usable, not just filed.
